Dr. Stephan
Marini received the Laurea degree in electronics engineering
from the University of Perugia, Italy, in 2001, and the Ph.D. degree in
telecommunications from the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia,
Dr. Stephan Marini is an IEEE member and reviewer for the
